Indications
For non-specific dermatoses where sulfurated lime is effective. Can be used on dogs, cats, puppies, kittens and horses. A generalized topical application for dermatophytosis (fungal infections). May be used as an adjunctive treatment of Malassezia dermatitis.
97.8% Sulfurated Lime Solution:
- Antibacterial and antifungal/anti-yeast properties secondary to the formation of pentathionic acid and hydrogen sulfide after application.
- Lime sulfur has shown to have keratolytic, keratoplastic, and antipruritic effects.
MUST BE DILUTED PRIOR TO APPLICATION. READ ALL LABEL INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY.
LIMEPLUS Dip is a leave-on application. Patients should be closely monitored to avoid hypothermia while the treatment dries.
