Auto-Refill Terms of Use

In addition to Koala’s Terms of Use, by placing an order and enrolling in Koala’s Auto-Refill subscription ordering program (“Auto-Refill”), you accept and agree to these Auto-Refill terms and conditions (the “Auto-Refill Terms”).

Please read these terms carefully. If you do not agree, do not use Auto-Refill. Koala may amend any part of these Auto-Refill Terms at our sole discretion by posting the revised Auto-Refill Terms on the Koala website, which are generally effective upon posting. If we make any material changes to these Auto-Refill Terms, we will notify you by posting a banner on this page or by email. You should periodically check these Auto-Refill Terms for changes. Your continued use of Auto-Refill following the posting or otherwise stated effective date of any changes to these Auto-Refill Terms constitutes your acceptance of the terms.

Auto-Refill Orders

When you place your initial order for a product and enroll in our Auto-Refill program, you will receive a notice that your Auto-Refill subscription has been created and your first order will be processed immediately. Your selected payment method will be charged at the time the order is shipped. Koala will automatically create a new order for your Auto-Refill subscription according to the delivery schedule you select (based on your pet’s valid prescription), until you cancel.

Once you enroll in Auto-Refill, you will receive an email notification up to 72 hours before your next order is shipped. You can modify or cancel your order up to 24 hours prior to your order date, following which your order will be authorized and a credit card authorization hold will be placed with the payment method Koala has on file. You will see a pending charge during this time as we prepare your order. 

The amount you are ultimately charged for a product will be the price of the item as stated in the pre-shipment email notification you receive or lower, if the price of the product is lower on our site as of the time your order is authorized. Once your order has shipped, the stated amount will be billed to the payment method we have on file. You will not be charged until your order ships. 

If we are unable to complete your Auto-Refill order with the payment method on file, we will notify you and give you the opportunity to add another payment method in your account. We will not process your order until a valid payment method is in place. Your Auto-Refill subscription will remain in effect until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by contacting customer support via phone or email.

Koala may terminate your Auto-Refill subscription at any time at Koala’s sole discretion with or without notice. If this happens, you will only be charged to the orders that have been shipped to you.
