Neo-Poly-Bac with Hydrocortisone is a medicated ointment prescribed to help treat bacterial eye infections in dogs and cats. Applied directly, it treats conditions such as conjunctivitis, keratitis and keratoconjunctivitis, blepharitis and blepharoconjunctivitis to relieve irritated and infected eyes in pets. Customers may receive this drug under the names Vetropolycin HC, Cortisporin, Neobacimyx-H.
Active Ingredients Per Gram: Bacitracin Zinc 400 units, Neomycin Sulfate 5 mg (equivalent to 3.5 mg of Neomycin base), Polymyxin B Sulfate 10,000 units, Hydrocortisone Acetate 10 mg (1%).
Inactive Ingredients: White Petrolatum, Mineral Oil.
